A criminal trial due to start on Monday has been adjourned because the defendant can't get access to the High Court in Wellington.
The reason?
Cars of protesters at Parliament are blocking neighbouring roads.
The Office of the Chief Justice says all criminal cases involving defendants appearing in person may have to be adjourned until the cars are gone.
