Police are promising to be out in force at the Parliament protest on Wednesday.
Cars of some Parliament protesters were towed last night. Towies removed vehicles from a median strip between Stout and Featherston street.
Wellington Girls' College has decided the school should close until next Tuesday because of the disruption.
Principal Julia Davidson says the current mood of the protest means it's not safe for students or staff.
