A former Ukranian city council staffer says civilians in her hometown are refusing to bend to Russia's demands.
Tetiana Zhurba is in constant communication with those in the north-eastern city of Sumy, near Kharviv, which nearly fell to Russia in the first attack.
But everyday citizens are taking it upon themselves to stop Russian troops from steamrolling through their city.
