A leading immunisation specialist says parents should not be worried about US research showing plummeting immunity among children who received the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.
A United States study has shown that the effectiveness of the Pfizer vaccine against Covid-19 infection dropped among children aged 5 to 11 during Omicron.
The researchers say that's most likely down to the lower dosage the youngsters received.
Immunisation Advisor Centre director Nikki Turner says it's only one study, and others show the vaccine is effective.
She spoke to Susie Ferguson.
