From Morning Report, 7:20 am on 7 March 2022

A plan to evacuate 200,000 people during a ceasefire from Ukraine's southern city of Mariupol has failed for a second time.

The International Committee of the Red Cross began opening up a safe passage out of the city before "hostilities resumed".

Russia's assault on Ukraine continues on multiple fronts, with civilian casualties now totalling at least 364, according to a UN monitoring mission.

The BBC's Charlotte Gallagher spoke to Susie Ferguson from the western city of Lviv.
