The Green Party has blown the whistle on secret talks aimed at boosting enrolments to the country's three boarding schools for children with disabilities.
RNZ revealed last year the schools are paid for four times as many students as they actually have, resulting in funding they themselves described as ridiculous.
The schools, Salisbury, Westbridge and Halswell, claim they are being starved of enrolments but critics say disabled children should not be sent away from home.
