Deputy Mayor's shirtless faux pas

There were a few giggles and raised eyebows in a Hamilton City Council meeting on Zoom yesterday when the city's deputy mayor made a brief bare-chest appearance. Geoff Taylor, who is running for the top job this year, says he took his shirt off to do some vacuuming, and didn't realise the meeting had started again.
