Kāinga Ora is positive about its First Home Partner scheme, despite taking more than four months to settle a single property.
The progressive homeownership scheme, which launched in early October 2021 allows first home buyers to buy property with the help of Kāinga Ora and pay the agency back over time.
People can access up to $200,000 dollars using the scheme.
