Appearing before Select Committee the least Russian Ambassador can do - Gerry Brownlee

Some MPs are debating whether to haul in the Russian ambassador to New Zealand, Georgii Zuev, for a parliamentary grilling over the Ukraine invasion.

National leader Christopher Luxon has already suggested that the Russian envoy should be sent packing.

The government says it's a delicate diplomatic matter.
