The Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is currently visiting the United States in a bid to drum up trade and tourism -and had hoped to meet with the US President.
Yesterday's shooting in Texas has meant the trip's focus has now taken a turn.
Today Ardern met with several US senators, and she says they asked her about firearm reform, after the gun law changes her Government made following the Mosque terror attacks in 2019.
