Red tape stopping whānau from building on their land - Māori advocates

Māori housing advocates say red tape and barriers at the bank are stopping whānau building on their own land.

They say its essential Māori can build papakāinga - housing for a community - as Māori continue to be disproportionately affected by the housing crisis.
