Some Mt Albert residents want lighting along a pathway where a man was recently fatally stabbed - but their pleas may go unheeded.
Twenty-five-year-old student Thomas Coombes was found dead on the Roy Clements Treeway in the Auckland suburb just over two weeks ago.
A man has charged with his murder but many in the suburb are still worried about safety.
