Concerns are being raised that Labour's MP for Rongotai, Paul Eagle, is using his position to prepare for a new job - mayor of Wellington.
Paul Eagle is surveying his electorate, asking locals what issues he should make his priority, and where the Capital needs to improve.
But he's keeping quiet on his plans for the future.
