A new report out this morning says that this year is the worst time in 65 years for first-home buyers trying to get into the housing market. The Infometrics study says it's often debated who faced tougher affordability - baby boomers buying in 1987 when interest rates were sky high, or millenials buying now. But the firm's chief forecaster, Gareth Kiernan, says this year is the worst. He spoke to Corin Dann.
