Health experts are predicting a very slow uptake of a fourth Covid-19 vaccine with some expecting it will struggle to hit 50 percent.
The second booster is available from today for everyone aged over 50, as well as health, resthome and disability workers who are 30 plus.
Uptake of the first booster is stuck on just over 70 percent - there are almost a million eligible people who still haven't had it.
