North Dunedin evacuees allowed home

Improving weather has allowed those evacuated in North Dunedin to return to their homes. But many roads in Otago remain closed and care is advised. Reporter Tess Brunton has been out this morning and spoke to Susie Ferguson from North Road in Dunedin's North East Valley.
