Kaeo local says flooded community is resilient

A Kaeo business owner says residents of the Far North town are resilient. The main street of Kaeo has flooded cutting people off from essential services. The water has blocked access to the town's health centre. Vivienne Bath, who owns the local pharmacy, told Corin Dann it is still open for business.
