Doctors and nurses are being warned to stay out of Ukrainian combat zones, unless they are trained in battlefield medicine.
Huge numbers of foreign fighters have joined the war since Russia invaded six months ago, but experts in combat care say without specialist training, you risk putting people in danger, rather than helping on the front line.

He's now the owner of PracMed NZ, a supplies and training company combining first aid and conflict medicine.
