Whanganui District Councillor Josh Chandulal-Mackay describes himself as a young monarchist and was deeply saddened by the death of the Queen.
The 27-year-old told Joe Porter he believes New Zealand shouldn't become a republic and should remain with monarchy and spoke about his first and most enduring memories of Queen Elizabeth.
