After a procession through London the Queen is now lying in state in Westminster Hall and the public is filing past her coffin.
Tens of thousands of people turned out to see her final journey from Buckingham Palace.
The military band played throughout the procession, echoed by the steady beating of the drums and the ringing of Big Ben every minute.
