Huge crowds lined the long route of the Queen's final journey from London to Windsor Castle. The event involved three thousand military personnel and members of the Royal family. The Queen's coffin was carried on the State Gun Carriage of the Royal Navy and passed many of the capital's most famous landmarks including the cenotaph.
