Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has denied Russian abuses in Ukraine, calling instead for punishment of Kyiv's government.
Lavrov has spoken this morning at a meeting of the UN Security Council aimed at discussing the maintenance of peace and security in Ukraine.
He accused Ukriane and the West of "imposing a completely different narrative about Russian aggression".
