President Vladimir Putin's call for thousands of extra troops to fight in Ukraine has sparked panic as people scramble to get out of the country.
Among those is Nadia Dikareva's brother, a politician in Russia who has been vocally opposed to Putin's regime.
It won't be easy for him to leave.
