Health authorities have been told poor reporting of radiology scans in the lower half of the North Island is endangering people's lives.
Auckland man Colm Brennan isn't surprised.
He lost a leg due to complications from surgery to remove a tumour on his hip - a tumour that was visible in a scan taken months before his eventual diagnosis.
Brennan spoke to Guyon Espiner.
