"Wāhine on the Tools" is a web series that's launched this week to encourage more Māori and Pacific women to pick up the tools and work in a trade.
Women's employment agency TradeCareers is highlighting Wāhine who have moved out of traditional roles to pursue trades normally dominated by men.
Hera Eruera is an Auckland mother of two and into the fourth year of an apprenticeship to become a qualified plumber, gas fitter and drain layer.
