The future of the Whakapapa and Turoa skifields is in question, after it's operator Ruapehu Alpine Lifts yesterday announced it has appointed voluntary administrators after facing significant financial problems.
The business said it had been placed under significant cash flow pressure with the impact of Covid-19 restrictions, paired with poor weather this season.
