A mother is furious the government has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars paying for her abusive former partner's vexatious legal claims.
She won a significant Hague Convention international child abduction case in the Court of Appeal in April 2020, giving her custody of her child.
That seemed to be the end of the legal ructions, but little more than a year later she was back in court, a plan she believes is about coercive control.
