Minister on plans to change alcohol laws

The government plans to make it easier for communities to restrict the sale of alcohol in their area. A new amendment will remove the ability for liquor companies and supermarkets to appeal local alcohol policies. Justice Minister Kiri Allan announced the plan. She spoke Corin Dann.
