Wellington's mayor who has staunchly supported the government's controversial Three Waters Reforms wants to hear more about a radical proposal for change from the Mayors of Auckland Christchurch and Waimakariri.
The capital's Tori Whanau is not ruling out backing some parts of the plan that would give much more control back to councils.
