The death toll from the foot bridge collapse in India has risen to 141, including more than 30 children.
Police have detained nine people as part of a criminal investigation.
CCTV footage from just before the collapse shows a group of young men taking photos while others tried to rock the suspension bridge from side to side, before they tumbled into the river below as the cables holding it together gave way.
Local officials say the bridge, which had recently undergone repairs, had not yet been issued with a certificate saying it was safe for public use.
