Company asked Waka Kotahi to do more on safety after worker killed, emails reveals

Newly released emails show a roading company agitated for months to get  Waka Kotahi to do more after a roadworker was killed.

Fulton Hogan was still pressuring the agency for a mandatory recall to get risky handbrakes fixed, 18 months after the fatality.
