Six months after first catching a falling rocket part in mid-air - via a helicopter - Rocket Lab wants to repeat the feat again this weekend except this time do it better.
The company only partly achieved its goal in May, when a rocket booster was caught, but then dropped into the South Pacific ocean.
Tomorrow morning, it wants the booster returned to dry land in Auckland - which would be a big step towards its ultimate goal, to reuse rocket parts.
Rocket Lab spokesperson Morgan Bailey spoke to Corin Dann.
