The man most recently convicted of Susan Burdett's murder in the nineties wants his case reheard, in what would be his fourth trial for the crime.
Malcolm Rewa was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2019, after another man, Teina Pora, was wrongly imprisoned for more than 20 years.
