The head of NATO says a blast in Poland yesterday which killed two people was likely caused by a Ukrainian air defences trying to shoot down a Russian cruise missile.
Jens Stoltenberg says the investigation is ongoing, but the incident demonstrates how the war in Ukraine could escalate, and he again called on Russia to end the war.
