Lydia Ko back to form with LPGA championship win

From Morning Report, 7:34 am on 22 November 2022

New Zealand golfer Lydia Ko is back to her absolute best, winning the LPGA Tour Championship this week, and claiming its more than $3 million prize.

Ko also won the overall player of the year title on the LPGA Tour, as well as the award for the lowest average score throughout the season.

The 25-year-old sprinted onto the scene as a teenager, but her form deserted her for a few years.

To climb back to the top is quite a remarkable feat, and not something many commentators expected.

Her former coach Guy Wilson spoke to Corin Dann.
