The Indian Community in New Zealand says the death of a dairy worker should not be in vain.
Janak Patel, who was fatally stabbed during a robbery at the Rose Cottage Superette last Wednesday, was farewelled yesterday by hundreds at a service in Auckland.
Family, friends, dairy owners, former politicians, MPs and Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern attended the funeral and paid their respects.
