A 501 former serious drug dealer deported from Australia has won his case in the High Court, arguing he shouldn't be told where to live or give police his fingerprints.
The man went to the High Court after he arrived in 2019 seeking a judicial review of his returning prisoner status, arguing it was unlawfully applied to him and breached his human rights.
The Court has agreed, ordering that his fingerprints, DNA and photographs be removed from the police database.
