In the latest twist in Fiji's general election FijiFirst - led by Frank Bainimarama - is refusing to concede.
The party's General Secretary finally broke his silence in a news conference where he schooled the media on the constitution.
This comes off the back of a cliffhanger result with no clear winner, thrusting the Social Democratic Liberal Party or Sodelpa into the role of king-maker.
On Tuesday Sodelpa annouced it will form a coalition government with the People's Alliance and the National Federation Party bloc, with it's leader Sitiveni Rabuka at the helm.
But, as Lydia Lewis reports, FijiFirst is not having a bar of it.
