The top representatives of the UK have undergone some monumental changes this year.
There was the death of the country's longest-serving monarch, Queen Elizabeth the Second, after reigning for 70 years.
And of course, there was the political turmoil at Number 10 Downing Street, sweeping through three prime ministers in the space of just two months.
