Thirty-hour deluge begins in Northland

Thirty hours of non-stop heavy rain started falling in Northland overnight. Weather watches are in force for the top of the North Island, with torrential rain, gales and high seas expected, as well as a risk of flooding in some parts. Met Service duty forecaster Jessie Owen spoke to Morning Report's Charlotte Cook.
