New Zealanders seeking respite from cost of living pressures are unlikely to find any for many months yet.
A report from economic consultants Infometrics and Foodstuffs has found costs from suppliers to supermarkets rose by 10.6% in the year to December.
And economists say more pain could be coming at the checkout.
