It's back to work for many this week in the country's two biggest commuter cities, but some are falling at the first hurdle... getting on the bus or train.
Driver shortages and railway works have left people in Tāmaki Makaurau and Pōneke stranded at the station, facing long waits, and forking out for other transport.
