The Coromandel Peninsula has been lashed with rain all month - and there's more to come.
Metservice issued another warning for the region on Wednesday night, saying a front moving eastwards across the Bay of Plenty is now expected to "reverse direction" on Thursday and move back towards the Coromandel Peninsula.
The region is still scrambling to cope with the last downpour, which led to the collapse of State Highway 25A, among other slips and road closures.
