Auckland is moving into its second phase of the flood recovery - the big clean up.
While thousands will have already been cleaning up for over a week now the city council is ramping up support in the community.
So far 276 buildings have been given red stickers and 1500 have yellow.
Crews are door-knocking in neighbourhoods to link up residents to what they most need and answer pressing questions.
Deputy Mayor Desley Simpson is leading the clean up project.
