Almost 3000 of the country's most vulnerable children are not enrolled with a doctor, according to the latest report from Oranga Tamariki's watchdog
Dr Samantha Murton is the President of the Royal New Zealand College of GPs and says Oranga Tamariki has never asked them for help to fix that.
