Auckland Transport is urging residents to stay home until Tuesday unless it's absolutely urgent
At 7am on Monday the Harbour Bridge was open with reduced lanes and a lower speed limit, and trains were suspended until at least 3pm on Monday.
Busses are still running but with delays, detours, and cancellations.
