Vladimir Putin has taken aim at the US and the West, blaming both for provoking Russia's war against Ukraine and escallating it.
In a bitter two hour state of the nation address the President said the US and its allies are seeking "limitless power"
He also announced Russia will withdraw from its major nuclear arms control agreement with the US.
