A top health boss is on thin ice this morning after the Prime Minister refused to express confidence in him and criticised his conduct as inappropriate.
The chair of Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Rob Campbell, penned a scathing critque of a National Party policy over the weekend - despite a requirement he stay politically neutral.
So far, he's refused to back down - and now his job's on the line.
