Between flood recovery, Three Waters and 'inappropriate' comments from Te Whatu Ora chair Rob Campbell, the Prime Minister is inundated with tough calls this week.
Chris Hipkins says he will not express confidence in Campbell, after he vented about National's Three Waters policy and the party's leader Christopher Luxon on social media.
On top of that, a decision must be made about which properties won't be rebuilt following Cyclone Gabrielle - quickly.
