The Prime Minister is under mounting pressure to strip Stuart Nash of all of his ministerial portfolios.
Nash resigned as police minister on Wednesday, after admitting he'd once encouraged the police commissioner to appeal a court decision.
He wasn't police minister at the time, but his actions breached the Cabinet Manual.
